Hi!
try find out from both them, what their ideal evening would be , and then buy it (in a sense)! Only if it’s affordable, obviously.
Perhaps find out how they first met and recreate it.
Good luck!

You should get a big wicker basket and spray paint it gold. Then fill it with loads of yummy foods or posh drink which have the words ‘GOLD’ or ‘GOLDEN’ or golden packaging.
Or if they’re into gardening, fill it with seeds, tools ect.
Same for cooking, or camping.
Hope these suggestions help someone.

They have great gift ideas – I got my mom a family quilt for X-mas and my husband an awesome canvas picture of him and the girls for father’s day. Lots of fun ideas there – all personalized! References :

Why don’t you ask instead of everyone buying gifts. They donate money and send them on a nice trip. That is what a friend of mine did. There parents really enjoyed it. References :

Chances are that after 50 years together they have lots of stuff.
How about doing something in their name, perserving an acre of woodland, sponsoring a seat at their favourite theatre/sportsground etc. try goodgifts.org. References :
